In 1985, the predecessor of Mayang Company —Wuyi Mayang Precision Casting Factory was established, Our company is specialized in producing high-manganese steel, alloy steel, high chromium cast iron, carbon steel, heat-resistant steel and other castings, At first establishing stage the company makes a tremendous investment in including the industrial plants of 130,000 square meters.

MY is one of reviser of GB/T 5680-2010 Standard of Manganese Steel Casting.

Main production process: Sand water-glass casting, Precision lost-wax casting, Precoated Sand casting and Lost Foam casting process.

Main production equipment: 8 sets of 1-10 tons medium frequency induction furnaces;11 sets of 10-40 tons green heat treatment furnace:7 sets of 10 tons resistance furnace, 3 sets of 20 tons resistance Furnace, a set of 40 tons resistance furnace, 22 sets of lifting equipment, one set of 800 tons and1,500 tons hydraulic press respectively.

Main machining equipment: 7 sets of 1.8-2.7m gantry milling machines, vertical lathes: 16 sets of ¢1.6m, 1 sets of ¢2m , 4 sets of ¢2.5m , 1 sets of ¢3.5m, 1 sets of ¢5m.

Main quality testing equipment: 4 sets of Physical & Chemistry Equipment, International advanced German-made OBLF direct-reading spectrometer, British Oxford Spectrometer, high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, metallurgical microscope, mechanical properties and hardness testing equipment.

The internal quality of product testing equipment: color testing, magnetic particle testing, X-ray and ultrasonic testing non-destructive testing equipment.

Production capacity: Produce parts of the unit weight from 100kg to 18,000kg.

Annual production capacity: Annual capacity 36,000T,In 2020, production capacity will reach to 60,000 tons.
